Thank you to the amazing and generous Opera Omaha team, we can now offer Opera Omaha tickets to our Activity Pass program!

  • Stop by either library building with a valid, active adult library card in good standing for your pass that’s good for two tickets, while supplies last.
  • Only one pass per household per opera. In other words, you cannot get a pass for each performance of The Barber of Seville.
  • You will book your ticket(s) online, using GPL’s special promocode. This means that you get to choose your seats.
  • The first opera available is Rossini’s legendary The Barber of Seville.
    • Performances are on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 7:30pm and the matinee on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 2:00pm.
    • The performance runs approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes with one 20-minute intermission.

Keep an eye out for availability for both The Barber of Seville and future operas on GPL’s Activity Passes page.
