A New Library Card Design and Logo
In what started as redesigning our Library cards, Assistant Director, Rebecca McCorkindale noticed an opportunity to rebrand the Library as well, including a fresh new logo.
While creating the design of both the card and the logo, Rebecca aimed to embody both a feel of community, and the many offerings that the Library has available to serve Gretna. The end result surpassed expectations, and is one that we feel people will absolutely love!
On February 2nd, we had the pleasure of presenting Mayor Evans the first of our newly redesigned Library cards, and we are thrilled to have them now available for our users too. Along with a traditional card, anyone who is issued one of the new cards will also receive a keychain card!
If you have the former Library card, then it will still work just as before, however, if you would like a new one, then you are welcome to upgrade for just $2 at either Library location.
